- In a medium saucepan combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, pumpkin spice, and vanilla soy milk. bring it to a boil and remove it from the heat.
- Next, make the two shots of espresso, and let's serve.
- Pour vanilla pumpkin mixture into 3/4 of the cup, then one shot of espresso, and finish with vegan whipping cream with a dash of cinnamon. Enjoy!
