Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree * sifted through sifter for creamier consistency
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 cup vanilla soy milk
  • 2 shots of espresso
  • Vegan whipped cream

Method
 

  1. In a medium saucepan combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, pumpkin spice, and vanilla soy milk. bring it to a boil and remove it from the heat.
  2. Next, make the two shots of espresso, and let's serve.
  3. Pour vanilla pumpkin mixture into 3/4 of the cup, then one shot of espresso, and finish with vegan whipping cream with a dash of cinnamon. Enjoy!
