Patties made from legumes are so easy to make! This is my favorite way of eating legumes. The whole process of making them is so easy and simple and you can make such a delicious meal. I make this recipe so often and believe me, these are so easy to make that everyone can make these yummy baked chickpea patties.

These patties are made from cooked chickpeas, spices, fresh parsley and coriander, and a little bit of chickpea flour. So this recipe is gluten-free and it is so simple to make.

The main thing is to put everything in a blender and create small patties. Simple right? I baked them in the oven because the oven gives them such a crispy outside which I love. These patties are so flavourful because of the spices I used and very tasty. I love making them with rice or mashed potatoes, served along with a fresh salad. Also, feel free to serve them in burgers! These baked chickpea patties will make any meal a little bit more special.
