Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup gluten-free oats
  • 2 tbsp flax meal
  • 1 tsp gingerbread spice
  • 2 cups plant milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Fruits

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients into a pot except fruits.
  • Bring it to a boil and cook for 5 minutes or until thicker consistency.
  • Oatmeal should be creamy, but If needed add more milk.
  • Serve warm with seasonal fruits and berries. I topped mine with persimmon, apples, and cranberries. Enjoy!
