Christmas gingerbread oatmeal recipe
- 1 cup gluten-free oats
- 2 tbsp flax meal
- 1 tsp gingerbread spice
- 2 cups plant milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Add all of the ingredients into a pot except fruits.
- Bring it to a boil and cook for 5 minutes or until thicker consistency.
- Oatmeal should be creamy, but If needed add more milk.
- Serve warm with seasonal fruits and berries. I topped mine with persimmon, apples, and cranberries. Enjoy!
