Pineapple smoothie bowl without banana
Smoothie bowls or smoothies? I would always say smoothie bowls. Even though I like drinkable smoothies, but smoothie bowls are something more. The texture, consistency, and taste are just so good! Let's go to the kitchen to make this incredible pineapple smoothie bowl without bananas.
If you are wondering what's the difference between smoothies and smoothie bowls, the answer is easy. Smoothie bowls are usually thick and smoothies are more liquidy, so it is perfect for drinking. But thick consistency is whole another level.
Eating a thick smoothie bowl is almost just like eating ice cream. So if you want to prepare something delicious, refreshing, and perfect for summer days, this pineapple smoothie is the best recipe for you.

No banana, no problem!
Smoothies are perfect with bananas, but what if you have no banana on your hand or bananas are not your favorite fruit? Even though bananas can make a really creamy consistency and sweet taste, you don't have to add bananas into every smoothie bowl.
There are many other fruits you can use instead. Such as pineapple, mango, dates, and much more.
In this recipe, I used a mix of pineapple and mango. This combination is so delicious and perfectly flavorful.

Let's make this delicious pineapple smoothie bowl without banana
For this smoothie bowl, you will need only a few ingredients.
Let's go to the kitchen to create something delicious.
For this tropical pineapple smoothie bowl you will need:
- frozen pineapple
- frozen mango
- coconut yogurt
- flax meal
Put everything into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
If you have troubles with blending simply add a splash of plat mil or water to help your blender, but keep in mind that adding liquid will change the consistency of your smoothie.
The more liquid you add the runnier it will be. And the same thing applies to the opposite.
If you want your smoothie extra thick simply replace fresh fruit with the frozen.
When the smoothie bowl is ready, pour it into a bowl and decorate with fruits, granola, or even nut butter. Enjoy!
This amazing pineapple smoothie bowl is so easy to make and very delicious. The flavors are perfectly combined and it will make you feel like you are on a tropical island. Serve this smoothie bowl for breakfast, dessert, or even as a snack.
