- baking powder
- salt
- water

Start by combining dry ingredients, which are flours, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Then add in water, mashed banana, vinegar, flax meal, and vanilla. You should create a creamy batter.

Ingredients
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp flax meal
- 1 tsp vanilla
