If you haven't tried tempeh yet, you need to change that asap! Tempeh is so healthy, high in nutrients and so delicious.
You can find various types of tempeh at stores or you can make tempeh at home.

In this recipe, I used marinated tempeh, because I like it the most, but if you cannot find marinated tempeh, don't worry, you can marinate your tempeh at home very easily!

This recipe is just so easy to make.
You will need a food processor and all of your ingredients.
For these amazing vegan tempeh meatballs you will need:
- marinated tempeh
- firm tofu
- garlic powder
These are our ingredients.
Put them all into a food processor and combine them until smooth. You should be able to create balls very easily with your hands.
Bake them for about 30 minutes or until golden. They should be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Serve them with pasta and your favorite tomato sauce. Enojoy!

Amazing vegan tempeh meatballs
- 400 g marinated tempeh *see notes
- 180 g firm tofu
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Add everything into a food processor and blend until smooth but thick consistency.
- Form balls and bake them at 170°C (340F) for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
- Serve them with pasta and tomato sauce. Enjoy!
