This frosting is so easy to make and very very delicious.
You will need only 3 ingredients, which are dates, cacao powder, and a splash of soy milk (or any kind of plant milk)
Put all of these ingredients into a blender and you have a perfectly creamy, rich and so delicious healthy frosting!
Dates are naturally sweet, gooey, and very creamy when blended. To neutralize the sweet taste I used cacao powder to make it less sweet. However, it creates a really amazing chocolate flavor.
This is the recipe for any chocolate lover out there. It is super creamy, rich, and above all wonderful. You can use this frosting on a cake, cupcakes, or whenever you want.

First, let's make our cookie cups.
The cups are made out of cookie batter. So these cups have consistency just like sugar cookies.
Into a bowl add all of your dry ingredients, which are:
- rice flour
- gluten-free oat flour
- A pinch of salt
- vegan butter
- soy milk
Mix all of those ingredients together and create a thick batter. Let it rest for about 15 minutes.
When the batter is ready, gerase your cookie cups with vegan butter and fill them with batter.
Bake them for about 12 minutes or until golden.
Meanwhile let's prepare our amazing date frosting.
Put all of your ingredients into a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
When the cups are out of the oven, spread strawberry jam on cookie cups and top them with date frosting. Enjoy!

- Create a thick dough and let it rest for at least 15 minutes.
- Prepare cookie cups forms and grease them with vegan butter, and fill them with the cookie batter.
- Bake them at 170°C (350F) for about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare frosting by blending all of the ingredients together in a high-speed blender.
- When everything is done and cookie cups are out of the oven, and cold, fill them with strawberry jam and top with chocolate frosting. Enjoy
